This visualization displays the IMDb ratings of ten movies as a horizontal bar chart. Built with React and D3 v5, the app fetches data from a CSV file using `d3.csv` and renders SVG marks. The code uses `scaleBand` for the categorical y-axis, `scaleLinear` for the quantitative x-axis, and manually maps ticks and rectangles from the data array. React state and `useEffect` manage the asynchronous data loading.
