A yellow smiley face rendered in SVG with a black outline appears at the center of the viewport. The visualization animates the face's eyebrows, which move upward and then return to their original position using D3 transitions. The code constructs the face with SVG circles for the eyes and head, rectangles for the eyebrows, and a D3 arc path for the mouth. All elements are grouped and positioned relative to the viewport center, with the animation driven by chained `transition().duration(2000)` calls.
