Multiple countries' cumulative COVID-19 death tolls are plotted as grey lines on a logarithmic scale over time, with a black line highlighting whichever country the user hovers over. A semi-transparent Voronoi overlay, generated with `d3.Delaunay` and `d3.voronoi`, partitions the chart area into clickable cells to make hovering easier. The React-based visualization uses D3 v7 scales, axes, and line generators, pulling data from the CSSE COVID-19 global time-series CSV.
