This example presents an interactive language family tree as a hierarchical visualization, showing the structure of Language Family → Language → Country with circle size encoding native speaker counts in millions. The SVG-based chart uses D3.js v7 to load CSV data from a GitHub gist, parsing a tokenized single-line format before building the hierarchy. Tree layout renders nodes and links, while hover interactions trigger a tooltip displaying additional details about each language.
