This example uses Victory Charts to render a bar chart of car horsepower from a CSV file. The chart displays each car model on the x-axis and its horsepower value on the y-axis, with data loaded via d3.csv. The React app fetches the data using a useEffect hook and state, then passes it to VictoryBar and VictoryChart components for visualization.
