This scatter plot shows the relationship between hours studied and exam scores from a student performance dataset, with steel-blue circles marking individual data points. Built with D3 v7, the reusable `drawScatterPlot()` function maps the dataset’s attributes to linear scales, renders SVG axes and circles, and adds a hover tooltip via `d3.select` and `.html()` to display each point’s values. Data is loaded dynamically using `d3.csv` from a GitHub-hosted CSV file.
