This example displays the basic cost of Netflix subscriptions in fifteen countries as horizontal bars. The bars encode cost along a linear scale, with country names listed on a band scale. Built with React and D3 v5, it uses the `csv` function to load data from a GitHub gist, then renders SVG `<rect>` elements and custom axes. Scales and ticks are generated with `scaleBand`, `scaleLinear`, and manual positioning rather than D3 axis components.
