This example presents a reusable scatter plot built with D3.js, visualizing state population changes between 2020 and 2021 from a CSV dataset. The code defines a configurable `scatterPlot` function using D3’s `scaleLinear`, `extent`, `axisLeft`, and `axisBottom` APIs, then loads data via `csv` and renders SVG circles with axes. The plot is styled with the Share Tech font and adapts to the full window size, with axis labels added directly in `index.js`.
