This fork of the Smiley Face Part III example renders a stylized face using React and D3 v5 in an SVG. The code explicitly constructs facial features with D3’s `arc` generator for the mouth and eyebrows, applying rotations and translations via SVG transforms. It layers circles for eyes and pupils, a custom path for the nose, and additional paths for hair. The face uses yellow, purple, blue, and green fills with black outlines, all positioned around a 960×500 viewport.
