A yellow smiley face rises from the bottom of the screen in a looping sunrise animation. Rendered as SVG with a red background, the face uses solid black strokes for its outline and mouth, while the two eyes are simple unfilled circles. The code builds the shape with D3’s `arc` generator for the curved smile and drives the movement with an SVG `<animate>` element that repeatedly shifts the group’s `y` coordinate from 200 to 0 over five seconds.
