A yellow circle with a black stroke forms a simple smiley face, with two smaller black circles placed as eyes on the upper half of the face. The SVG is rendered directly in the HTML using React 17, though the current code does not yet implement the smile or any dynamic behavior. The hardcoded coordinates position the face at the center of a 960x500 viewport.
