This fork of the Smiley Face Part III example renders a classic yellow smiley face as an SVG graphic. The face is constructed from a yellow circle with a black stroke, two black eye circles, and a mouth created using D3’s `arc` function to generate a path with a specified inner and outer radius. The visualization is built declaratively with React, where D3 calculates the arc’s path data, and React renders the SVG elements. The code uses React 16.9.0 and D3 v5.11.0.
