A grid of randomly parameterized cartoon faces is rendered using React, with each face composed of SVG circles and a custom mouth arc. The face components (overall container, background, eyes, and mouth) are modularized as React components, while the D3 library provides the arc path generator for the mouth and a range function to create the grid. The styling is applied via an HTML page with embedded CSS. The project is a fork of an HTML starter, utilizing React and D3 v6.
