Built with React and D3, the code fetches TopoJSON data from the `visionscarto-world-atlas` package and converts it to GeoJSON features using `topojson-client`. The map is drawn with `d3.geoPath` and `d3.geoNaturalEarth1`, with `d3.geoGraticule` generating the latitude and longitude grid.
