The chart displays the proportion of films in each rating category, from below 5.0 to above 8.5, with genres ordered along the y-axis and percentage values on the x-axis. The code loads data from a CSV file, processes it with d3.stack, and renders the SVG using d3.scaleBand, d3.scaleLinear, and d3.scaleOrdinal.
