This choropleth map colors countries by their economy classification, using a spectral color scale derived from World Atlas TopoJSON data and ISO country codes. Built with D3 v5, it renders the map using geoEqualEarth projection and d3.geoPath, with zoom support via d3.zoom. Country boundaries are stroked in black, and hovering turns a country black. An animated color legend, implemented with custom transitions and scaleOrdinal, displays the color categories.
