This visualization loads CSS named color data from a CSV file and renders each color as a wedge in a full circular burst. The code uses React hooks (`useState`, `useEffect`) to fetch the data asynchronously with D3’s `csv` utility, then maps the resulting array through `pie().value(1)` and `arc()` to generate SVG path elements. Each path’s fill is set directly from the color’s hex value in the dataset, producing a vivid radial display of all named CSS colors.
