This pie chart ranks the top five U.S. states by Democratic votes in the 2020 election, showing their relative shares of total votes among those states. Each slice is labeled with its state name, and the chart uses a categorical color scale to distinguish slices. Built with D3 v6, the visualization loads CSV data via `d3.csv`, sorts it descending by Democratic votes, and slices the first five rows. It renders slices using `d3.arc` and positions labels with `arc.centroid`, all within an SVG container.
