A grid of randomly generated cartoon faces appears, each rendered as a yellow SVG circle with black stroke, two eyes, and an arc-based mouth. The React component hierarchy passes width, height, and randomized eye and mouth dimensions into reusable subcomponents. D3’s `arc` API constructs the mouth paths, while `range` generates the 15 face instances, with each face using varied radius values for unique expressions.
