Built with reusable D3 v6 chart components, the `scatterPlot` module updates circle positions via `selection.join` and smooth SVG transitions, while the `menu` module uses a D3 `dispatch` event system to trigger rebuilds. Data is loaded as CSV and parsed dynamically, with axes animating alongside the transitions.
