This example uses D3.js v5 to draw a smiling face with SVG shapes, including a yellow circle head, two eyes, and a mouth created with the `arc` generator. The right eyebrow animates upward over two seconds using a `transition().duration(2000)` on its `y` attribute. The face is centered by translating a group element to the middle of the 960 by 500 SVG canvas. All shapes are positioned relative to that group, and the code imports `select` and `arc` from the D3 module.
