Built with React and D3 (d3.scaleBand, d3.scaleLinear), it loads UN World Population Prospects 2019 data via d3.csv, sorting the top ten entries. The chart uses an SVG rendering, with axis tick styling and bar fill colors defined in CSS, plus native `<title>` elements for tooltips. A loading state appears while the data is fetched.
