The React component tracks mouse coordinates via the `onMouseMove` event handler and the `useState` and `useCallback` hooks, then renders a single `<circle>` element with those coordinates. The visualization uses React 16.9 and ReactDOM with SVG rendering inside a full-screen viewport.
