This example displays a full-screen blank canvas created as a simple colored rectangle with rounded corners. The visualization uses the Document Object Model (DOM) size to determine its dimensions. It employs the d3-selection module to append a single `rect` element to an SVG container, setting its width, height, and corner radius attributes. The page itself is fixed with hidden overflow, ensuring the canvas fills the entire viewport without scrollbars.
