This example presents an interactive bar chart, heatmap, and stacked or grouped bar visualization built with D3.js (d3.v7). It loads automotive data from a CSV file, displaying average horsepower across model families and generations. The reusable bar chart supports three sorting orders: alphabetical, by value, and by derived attribute. Users toggle between stacked and grouped bar alignments, while a heatmap uses color intensity to represent horsepower values across model families and generations, with all charts rendered as SVG.
