This interactive map visualizes the four significant places in Buddha’s life—Lumbini, Bodh Gaya, Sarnath, and Kushinagar—as chronologically connected markers on a geographic map of India and Nepal. It uses D3.js v7 and TopoJSON with a `d3.geoMercator` projection and `d3.geoPath` to render country boundaries, while a cardinal-curved `d3.line` draws the journey path between sites. Hovering reveals tooltips, clicking populates a side panel with historical descriptions, and zoom/pan is enabled via `d3.zoom`. Location data comes from a local CSV file.
