This example displays the first ten rows of a realtor dataset, fetched from a GitHub gist, in a JSON-formatted block with aqua monospace text on a black background. It loads D3 v5 via UNPKG and uses the `d3.select`, `d3.csv`, and `d3.csvFormat` functions to parse and preview the tabular data. The visualization also demonstrates importing local ES6 modules, though no module output is shown in the main rendering.
