Halfway towards a smiley face, this React example renders a simple "Hello World!" message inside a div. The code imports React and ReactDOM from a CDN, creates an App class component, and mounts it to the root element. It does not yet include any smiley face drawing, as the component returns only text. The visualization would require additional React components or SVG/Canvas APIs to depict the face.
