This example displays a static map of the United States rendered as an SVG path. It extracts the country’s geometry from a TopoJSON dataset loaded from the world-atlas package, then projects it using `d3.geoAlbersUsa` and draws it with `d3.geoPath`. The map is fitted to a 960×500 viewport and appended to the page body via D3 v5.
