This example displays the text "hello" centered in the browser using HTML and CSS. It loads the D3 selection module via a script tag and imports the `select` function in its JavaScript file, though no selection is currently used. The page demonstrates a minimal setup for integrating D3 with a plain HTML document, with the body styled at a large font size. The code serves as a starting point for adding D3-driven visualizations.
