A bubble chart visualizes the correlation between average horsepower, torque, and highway MPG for different car makes, using circle size to represent highway MPG and color to distinguish makes. The visualization includes interactive tooltips that reveal the make on hover. Built with D3 v7, it renders as an SVG with linear scales for positioning and size, an ordinal color scale using interpolateTurbo, and a legend showing MPG values. Data is loaded from a local CSV file.
