It aggregates sales data by year from a CSV file and visually represents each year’s total as a proportional slice. The chart is created with D3 v6, using `d3.rollups` to group and sum data, `d3.pie` and `d3.arc` to generate the pie geometry, and `d3.scaleOrdinal` for slice colors. The SVG rendering includes a custom legend mapping each year to its color.
