Built with React and D3 v5, it renders SVG circles using scales created with `scaleLinear` and computes axis ticks from `xScale.ticks()` and `yScale.ticks()`. The menus map attribute names like petal length and sepal width to their numeric values from the CSV data loaded through `d3.csv`.
