This example demonstrates an asynchronous data-loading pattern for generating a filtered text report of used cars. It shows a loading message that is replaced with a list of car models priced under $2,000 after a simulated two-second delay. The code uses JavaScript Promises, `JSON.parse`, array `filter` and `map` methods, and ES6 module imports via Rollup. The report formats each car’s year, make, model, and price using a template literal.
