This example shows a simple, static smiley face created with two overlapping yellow and black circles for the head and eyes, rendered as vector graphics. The entire visualization is defined within an inline SVG element inside an HTML page. The code uses basic SVG shapes, specifically `<circle>` elements, positioned on a 960 by 500 canvas. It is a fork of a "Hello HTML" template and does not utilize any JavaScript libraries, relying instead on the intrinsic capabilities of SVG and HTML.
