Built with React and D3 v7, the SVG chart uses d3.scaleLinear for axes and bubble radius, d3.scaleOrdinal for color, and d3.axisBottom/axisLeft for ticks. Interactive tooltips appear on mouseover, while legend circles and labels show MPG values. Data comes from the bundled bubblechart.csv file, rendered with animated transitions.
