This example renders a simple, stylized face using SVG primitives. A yellow circle forms the head, with two black eyes, animated eyebrows that raise and lower over two-second intervals, and a crescent-shaped mouth created with the D3 `arc` generator. The code uses d3.v7's selection and transition APIs to build and animate the SVG elements.
