This fork of ICE 4 Scene builds a static SVG beach scene with a blue sky, sun, water, sand, stick-figure people, birds, palm trees, and beach balls. The code uses fundamental D3.js DOM manipulation to construct and style each SVG element, including rectangles, circles, lines, paths, and polygons. All visual components are directly defined in the HTML file with hardcoded coordinates and dimensions, and the rendering relies on the `<svg>` element’s declarative structure without any data binding or animation.
