A React component renders a smiley face as an SVG graphic, using D3's `arc` generator to create its curved mouth. The face consists of a yellow circle with a black stroke, two black eye circles, and a mouth path. D3 v7 and React 17 are loaded via CDN, with the component drawing fixed dimensions and coordinates without any user interaction or data binding.
