The visualization uses D3 v6 to load CSV data and render SVG circles colored by species (setosa, versicolor, virginica). A reusable `scatterPlot` module builds scales and axes via `scaleLinear`, `axisLeft`, and `axisBottom`. The code updates the x-axis mapping with `setInterval` while preserving a legend and rotating axis labels.
