A grid of eighteen randomly generated smiling faces fills the viewport, each with a yellow circular head, black outline, two eyes, and an arc-shaped mouth. Built with React components and D3’s `arc` API, the faces vary in stroke width, eye offset, eye radius, and mouth dimensions. The project uses `ReactDOM.render` and a `range` function to generate the array of faces, rendering via SVG.
