This bar chart displays the top 10 car makes by average price, sorted in descending order from a CSV dataset of car listings. Each bar’s height represents the mean price for that make, with value labels showing dollar amounts in thousands. Built with D3 v7, the visualization loads data via `d3.csv`, groups and aggregates it using `d3.rollup` with `d3.mean`, and renders SVG rectangles with axes created through `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft`. Interactive hover effects change bar opacity and color.
