This example demonstrates the fundamental difference between HTML and SVG rendering by displaying a large text message styled with CSS. The code uses a basic HTML page with an embedded `<style>` block that applies a 13em font size and centered alignment to a `<div>` element. It does not yet incorporate any JavaScript or data visualization libraries, serving instead as a starting point for building SVG-based visualizations. The page renders static text content without any interactive or dynamic behavior.
