This example displays a world map using the geoEquirectangular projection, with country boundaries rendered as black paths with white strokes on a navy sphere. It loads geographic data from the world-atlas TopoJSON file and converts it to GeoJSON using the `feature` method. The visualization uses D3 v5’s `select`, `json`, `geoPath`, and `geoEquirectangular` functions, with SVG shapes styled via CSS.
