This example displays a choropleth map of the Andhra Pradesh state boundaries, rendered as green SVG paths with white strokes that turn red on hover. It uses the `geoMercator` projection and `geoPath` from d3.v5 to draw the TopoJSON features fetched from a GitHub-hosted Indian district boundary dataset. The React component loads the data with `useEffect` and `d3.json`, processing it through `topojson.feature` and `topojson.mesh`.
