The code uses D3 v6 with `scaleTime`, `scaleLinear`, and `scaleOrdinal` for axes, colors, and legends, plus `line` and `curveBasis` for paths. A `transition` with `easeLinear` drives the animation, and `clipPath` confines the visible region to the viewport.
