A bubble chart visualizes the relationship between average horsepower, torque, and highway MPG for various car makes, colored by make and scaled by MPG. Built with D3.js (v7), the SVG chart uses `d3.scaleLinear` for axes and bubble size, `d3.scaleOrdinal` with `d3.interpolateTurbo` for color, and data loaded from a CSV file. Tooltips display each car make on hover, and a legend shows MPG values and make colors.
