This interactive bar chart displays per-capita CO₂ emissions for a set of countries during 2023. Users can sort the bars alphabetically, by emissions value, or by a derived renewable-energy attribute. Built with D3 v7, the visualization uses `d3.scaleBand` and `d3.scaleLinear` to map countries and emissions values, and the `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft` APIs render rotated and labeled axes. Data comes from a CSV file loaded via a URL, and hovering over a bar highlights it.
