Each circle’s x-position encodes horsepower, y-position encodes torque, and radius encodes highway MPG, while color distinguishes car makes. Built with D3.js v7 and rendered as SVG, the chart includes animated mouseover tooltips using D3’s selection and event handling, plus a legend with circle sizes for MPG values and color swatches for each make.
