A force-directed graph maps 44 military programs as nodes, colored by their branch (e.g., JOINT, RCAF) and linked by dependency levels (1–3) encoded with a pastel color scale. Dragging a node restarts the simulation, and clicking a legend entry filters nodes and links by category. Built with d3.forceSimulation and forceLink, the SVG renders circles, labels, and draggable interactions, loading JSON data from `data.json`.
